1. Introduction

Welcome to Royal Finish Furniture ("we", "us", "our"), operated by THECSR INVESTORS, Gayatri Nagar, Ward No 59, Churu, Rajasthan 331001. By placing an order on royalfinishfurniture.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted from genuine Sheesham (Indian Rosewood) wood in our Churu workshop. Slight variations in wood grain, colour, and finish are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not defects.

3. Ordering

Orders are accepted online and are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item becomes unavailable or if there is a pricing error, with full refund of any advance paid.

4. Pricing

All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes for delivery within our serviceable zones. Prices for outside zones may include additional freight charges and GST; call us for a quote.

5. Payment

We offer two plans: (a) Token Advance — pay ₹1,000 or ₹2,000 now, rest on delivery (COD); (b) Full Advance — pay full amount upfront and receive 15% discount. Payments are accepted via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or direct QR scan. All Razorpay transactions are secured by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within Churu (5 km, ₹500) and up to 50 km radius (₹2,000). Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Exact delivery timing will be confirmed by phone.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Token advance is non-refundable after production has started. Full advance orders — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy page for details.

8. Warranty

All products carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty against structural defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, or damage due to misuse is not covered.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Churu, Rajasthan.
